When you place an order through the Composure website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not itself mean that your order has been accepted.

A binding contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch.

We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

All prices displayed on the Composure website are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

UK shipping costs £3.99 for orders under £50. Orders of £50 or more ship free.

Payment must be made in full at checkout through our payment provider.

We may update prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority of the payment-method holder to place an order.

Composure is currently available for delivery within the UK only.

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it.

Please ensure that the delivery information supplied at checkout is complete and accurate. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

You may cancel an online order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After notifying us, you must return the product within a further 14 days. Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Returned bottles must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. Your right to cancel may be restricted where sealed goods are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken.

We will refund eligible payments within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional costs paid for a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the website or brand without prior written permission.

Composure is a food supplement, not a medicine.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Always follow the usage instructions and warnings provided on the product packaging. Do not exceed the recommended serving and keep the product out of reach of children.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

Product images and packaging displayed on the website are illustrative and may vary slightly from the product supplied, without affecting its essential characteristics.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a purchase made for personal use.

These terms and any contract for the sale of Composure products are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
