Cookies

Composure uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website, shopping basket and checkout to function correctly.

With your consent, we may store a first-party partner attribution cookie for up to 30 days when you visit Composure through an approved partner referral link. This allows us to attribute a qualifying purchase to that partner and calculate commission. The cookie does not contain your name, email address, payment information or commission rate. You can refuse or withdraw this consent at any time through Cookie Settings.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the website or checkout from working correctly.

composure_cookie_consent — Essential: Remembers your cookie choice and the consent version for up to 6 months.

Cart and checkout storage — Essential: Remembers basket contents and short-lived checkout state so the shop can function.

composure_partner_attribution — Optional: Stores only a signed, opaque referral token for up to 30 days after you consent.

Section 6

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required by law.

Order, payment and accounting records are retained for the period required to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Customer-service correspondence and technical records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve enquiries, protect the service and maintain appropriate business records.

When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
