Section 1
Eligibility
Participation in Composure Partners is by approval only. Composure may accept or decline an application at its discretion.
Applicants and approved partners must provide complete and accurate information and keep that information up to date.
Section 2
Qualifying products
Commission applies only to qualifying orders for The Front Nine and The Full 18.
The First Tee single-bottle product is not included in the partner commission offer.
Section 3
Commission
Partners receive 50% of eligible product revenue on qualifying bundle orders. Commission is calculated on the qualifying product value actually paid by the customer.
Shipping charges, refunds, chargebacks and non-qualifying items are excluded. Commission applies to the customer’s first qualifying order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Section 4
Attribution
A qualifying sale must be attributable to the approved partner tracking method. Tracking-link and attribution mechanics may be updated as the programme develops.
Composure’s order records are the final source used to calculate commission.
Section 5
Returns, refunds and chargebacks
Commission is not payable on refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or charged-back orders. If commission has already been credited for such an order, it may be reversed.
Section 6
Payment
Commissions are reviewed after the applicable return window has cleared and are paid monthly.
Section 7
Marketing and compliance
Partners must use only approved claims from the Partner Toolkit, identify partner content clearly as advertising, and use approved product facts and creative assets accurately.
Partners must not make unauthorised health or performance claims. This includes claims that Composure reduces nerves, stress or anxiety; improves focus, concentration or mental performance; keeps golfers calm under pressure; or improves scores.
Section 8
Brand use
Composure trademarks, logos, photography and creative assets may be used only for approved partner promotion. Assets must not be materially altered in a misleading way.
Participation in the programme does not transfer ownership of any Composure intellectual property.
Section 9
Prohibited activity
- Self-referrals intended primarily to generate commission.
- Fraudulent orders.
- Misleading or deceptive promotion.
- Bidding on Composure-branded search terms without written approval.
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Impersonating Composure.
Section 10
Suspension and termination
Composure may suspend or terminate participation for a breach of these terms, misuse, fraud, compliance risk or conduct that could damage the brand.
Valid unpaid commissions remain subject to the programme’s normal verification process.
Section 11
Programme changes
Composure may change the commission structure, qualifying products, programme tools or these terms prospectively. Material changes to the programme or these terms will be communicated to active partners by email.
